Meetings
Ask for a meeting, propose a time, agree. All in one card.
A student requests a meeting with a supervisor, with or without a proposed time; "can we talk about X?" is a valid request on its own. The host accepts, declines or proposes another time, and the requester accepts that inline. Whose turn it is stays unambiguous throughout.
Each request carries a small notes thread for the questions and answers around it, and requests sort themselves into four buckets: needs your answer, upcoming, waiting on the other side, and past. Members can publish free text office hours as a hint under the host picker.
